Movie theatres are beginning to reopen in states around the country. Here in MD, indoor retail stores, churches, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, barber shops, and salons are allowed to open.

On Friday, June 19th, additional indoor recreational and amusement establishments will be allowed to reopen. This includes indoor malls, casinos, racetracks, simulcast betting facilities, bingo halls, bowling alleys, pool halls, roller and ice skating rinks, social and fraternal clubs, fitness centers, health clubs, health spas, gyms, aquatic centers, and self-defense schools.

However, theatres are required to remain closed. We have an operating plan that will provide a comfortable movie going experience while following all recommended social distancing and health guidelines. We can implement these guidelines as effectively as the other businesses that will be opening.

We need your help! Please contact Governor Larry Hogan and request that he allow movie theatres to reopen:

We would like to thank Barry Glassman, Johnny Olszewski, and Steuart Pittman for their support!

Thank you!
