SAFETY PROTOCOLS

As a locally owned business, the well-being of our customers and staff is a top priority.  We are taking every precaution necessary to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.

We have partnered with the National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO) and have adopted the CinemaSafe protocols (www.cinemasafe.org), which are being used by over 360 cinema companies across the United States. 


All customers over the age of five must wear a mask at all times, except when eating or drinking at their seat.  Those who are unwilling to wear a face covering will be denied entry.  Employees must wear a mask at all times.



In our lobby and facilities, we will help our customers practice physical distancing with floor markers, signage, and other barriers (plexiglass) to decrease personal interaction.
   

We will adhere to the state's reduced capacity guidelines, utilizing ticket technologies to ensure groups are seated an appropriate distance from one another.  Unlike large venues such as stadiums, which open to mass audiences at a single time, our theatre is made up of multiple auditoriums.  We will carefully manage our showtime schedule to minimize the number of people visiting at any given time.
 



We will continue to follow CDC guidelines to ensure our locations are cleaned and sanitized to meet the highest of standards.  We will regularly clean touched surfaces including counters, door handles, bathroom fixtures, auditorium chairs, etc.



Hand sanitizer dispensing stations will be available throughout the theatre.



We ask that customers who are sick or have been around someone ill stay home to ensure the safety of others.
